Purpose of the post

To collect, analyse, interpret HR data and business information in relation to Dublin and Midlands Health Region and provide all relevant stakeholders with ongoing timely reports,

analysis and business intelligence around same. This role will provide administrative support within the workforce data function and to supervise any assigned staff. Specifically, the responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Provision of Workforce Data Reporting Routines to include recruitment reporting, census & WTE reporting, turnover data

- Data support to other HR Functions including Recruitment, Medical Manpower, Employee Relations

- Organisational Management support to services in close co-ordination with HR Integration

- Maintenance and oversight of Power Platform, the database for National Service Plan positions and other commissioned posts.
