Location of Post: There is currently one whole-time permanent post available in The Office of IHA Lead Eileen Whelan, Administration Building, Cherry Orchard Campus, Dublin 10.

Eligibility criteria
Applicants must demonstrate all of the criteria listed below, as relevant to this role:
- Significant operational experience in managing and/ or delivering a complex service within the area of health or social care
- Significant Project / Programme Manager Experience within health or social care or other similar largescale organisations.
- Significant experience of delivering change in a complex environment, as relevant to the role.
- Significant experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, as relevant to the role
- Significant experience in team management and development
- The requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office
Post Specific Requirements
Significant experience operating within a complex role and/or function within a large scale multi stakeholder environment to include the following:
- Project Management and Delivery to include the development and provision of reports, statistics, analysis and updates.
- Risk and Issue Management.
- Budget Management
- Resource Demand and Supply Planning.
- Change Management.
- Stakeholder Management.
