Details of Service

The St. Columba’s Children’s Disability Network Team 3 provides support to children and young people who have complex needs arising from a disability. CDNT3 works according to an interdisciplinary model of support underpinned by Family Centred Practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Children’s Disability Team based in Crumlin. We cover the catchment area of Crumlin, Drimnagh, Walkinstown, Parnell Road and areas of Harold’s Cross. The team works across home and community settings. CDNT3 offers a variety of supports including universal supports, targeted supports and individualised supports.

Social Work Team Lead will work in line with team service plans and objectives and within established professional standards, guidelines and policies, supporting families.

The Social Work Team Lead will contribute to service development, and training while collaboratively working with families and the team.

Our building is spacious with ample parking and can be easily accessed via public transport.

The team includes Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists and Therapy Assistants .
