Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties

• Support the Sales and Service departments by providing customer transport, including collection and delivery of customer vehicles.

• Ensure documentation is checked, signed, dated, and returned to the relevant departments.

• Carry out sales associated driving activities, which may include, amongst other things, visits to the tax office, driving courtesy vehicles, transporting customers and delivering customer cars to desired locations, transporting vehicles to/from the Apollo.

• As with all driving duties, drive vehicles legally and with care and respect for customers, all road users, and pedestrians.

• Site driving duties.

• Assisting our buyer with pickup of vehicles purchased.

• Help and advise customers as appropriate on contact in the showroom, forecourt, or any other part of the Audi Portadown premises.

• Keep courtesy vehicles clean and tidy in accordance with Audi standards.

• Assist to ensure available spaces in customer car park.

General Activities

• Maintain safe working practices at all times and abide by working rules and standards set out for Audi.
