Job Summary
Working unsupervised or as part of a team, and in all weathers, the postholder will be mainly engaged in work in the Council’s Building Maintenance division but in general terms will be required to carry out the following duties at play areas/amenity areas/cemeteries and other sites as directed.

Salary
Scale 3, NJC spinal point 7 - 8, £26,403 - £26,824 per annum based on a 36 hour week (pro rata to hours worked). It is Council policy to appoint at minimum salary scale point.
