There is currently 1 permanent whole-time vacancy available in in Regional Health Area Dublin South East covering Integrated Health Areas of South Dublin Wicklow, Waterford Wexford and Carlow, Kilkenny South Tipperary.

Location of Post: will be agreed with successful candidate on appointment but base must be located within the Region.

A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Grade V Admin Officer Disability Services, Placement Planning & Review Team from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.

Purpose of the post

· Provide administrative, coordination, data and reporting support to the Placement Planning and Review Team in delivering a planned commissioning and assurance approach to residential placements, housing and community-based supports.

· Support the operation of structured pre-placement, review, monitoring and transition processes and will maintain accurate data and reporting systems to support oversight, governance and service improvement.

· Support the team in monitoring high-cost, crisis, out-of-area and transitional arrangements to ensure they remain temporary, appropriate, reviewed in a timely way and subject to clear transition planning.

Support assurance processes by maintaining accurate information on reviews, actions, risks and outcomes for individuals so that decision-making is informed by quality, sustainability, rights-based practice and evidence of whether placements are achieving positive outcomes.
