Post 1: Senior Dietitian, Clondalkin Community Healthcare Network (1WTE) DT114409
Post 2: Senior Dietitian, Integrated Care Program for Older Persons (ICPOP) – (Part time -0.5WTE)– Ref DT115558 – initial base St Marys Hospital, Craddockstown Road, Naas, Co Kildare

A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled
Purpose of the Post
To develop and provide a nutrition and dietetic service to the client population according to identified and prioritised needs.
The Senior Dietitian will:
· Provide a specialist nutrition and dietetic service specifically for clients in the Primary Care Community Services/ICPOP in DSKWW.
· Provide a specialist nutrition and dietetic service for the designated division they are employed; Primary Care/Older Persons or Health and Wellbeing
· Be a resource and provide expert opinion, advice, training and guidance to dietetic colleagues and other health care professionals (including students) within the. designated division they are employed; Primary Care/Older Persons or Health and Wellbeing
· Participate in the strategic direction of the Nutrition & Dietetic Service to clients in the HSE as part of the designated division they are employed; Primary Care/Older Persons or Health and Wellbeing in conjunction with the Dietitian Manager and all relevant agencies and stakeholders within the CHO
