Details of Service

Speech and Language Therapy Service

• The department takes undergraduate SLT students and from time-to-time there are student(s) on site.
• SLTs in the department are required to provide quality, client centred SLT assessment and intervention to identified client groups in acute and community-based adult mental health services.
• Multi-disciplinary team working is an integral part of the role.

All speech and language therapists are required to actively participate in ongoing continuing professional development and in departmental education and training.
