Location: Denman International Ltd, Bangor (office-based role)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Report to: E-commerce Manager
Weekly paid hours: 35 hours
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 08:30am-1:30pm.

Denman is a global haircare manufacturer specialising in hairbrushes and styling tools. For over 85 years we have helped stylists, barbers and consumers create transformative styles. We seek a commercially focused individual to grow our international ecommerce business.
MAIN PURPOSE OF POST
Support ecommerce growth across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels through product creation, advertising, promotions and analysis.

MAIN PURPOSE OF POST
Support ecommerce growth across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels through product creation, advertising, promotions and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Catalogue Management: Create and optimise online listings, ensuring product information, imagery and content are accurate and engaging.
- Support Ecommerce Trading: Coordinate launches, promotions, pricing, merchandising and seasonal activity across online channels.
- Manage Digital Advertising: Plan and optimise paid advertising across ecommerce, search and social platforms.
- Analyse Performance: Monitor sales, traffic, conversion and advertising results to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate Content: Work with marketing and design teams on product, advertising and promotional content.
- Improve performance through better visibility, product discovery, content and conversion.
- Report weekly and monthly on ecommerce KPIs and recommended actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Education: Third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
- Experience: Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, retail or a related environment.
- Digital Advertising: Experience creating, managing or supporting paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret ecommerce and campaign data and turn insights into practical actions.
- Organisation and Communication: Ability to manage priorities and work effectively with internal and external partners.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, online marketplaces or product information management.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify or similar digital platforms.
- Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Advertising experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
