E-Commerce Manager

The Role:

• Reporting to the Head of Retail, the E-Commerce Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the Fane Valley Stores online retail business;
• Responsible for developing and implementing our e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience;
• Ability to analyse sales data and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities;
• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers across all touchpoints;
• Managing the online product catalogue, including product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.

The Person:

• Experience of leading a team in a similar role, with a clear results focus, excited by change and
• innovation;
• A detailed understanding of the latest e-commerce technologies and applications;
• Experience of Google analytics and social media insights to optimise promotional plans and track
• performance;
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms, SEO, SEM, PPC, Google
• Ads & Google Shopping;
• Strong IT and analytical skills;
• Experience of managing customer data to make informed decisions on targeted marketing;
• Business acumen and commercial focus;
• Knowledge and awareness of the agricultural industry and agricultural products would be an advantage.
