E-commerce Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will help us drive the business further.

MAIN PURPOSE OF POST Responsible for online digital brand presence, implementing online sales strategies, optimising the customer experience, and driving business growth through digital channels.

​​​​​​Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Online Platforms: Oversee the company's ecommerce platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimised for sales.
  • Implement Ecommerce Strategies: Create and implement effective strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
  • Coordinate advertising, SEO, PPC
  • Overseeing global Amazon stock capacity and order co-ordination
  • Analyse Data: Monitor and analyse website performance, user behaviour, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, logistics, customer service, and external e-commerce partners, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Product Listings: Ensure product listings are accurate, optimised, and up to date to attract and retain customers.
  • Track Key Metrics: Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce activities and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Any other duties that are associated with the role
  • Required Skills and Qualifications​​​Educational Background: A qualification in Business, or related field
  • Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related area
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with online sales strategies, SEO, advertising, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage various projects simultaneously.​​​

Desirable Criteria

  • Amazon Seller Central and Shopify experience
  • IT literate. Experience of MS Office, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Third level education
