Early Learning & Care Level 5 Tutor

If you wish to join our team here in CCD we are seeking applications for a Tutor to deliver the Level 5 QQI Early Learning and Care major award course on site in Newmarket, Co Cork (Modules include – Introduction to ELC & Child Safeguarding, The Holistic Care of Children in ELC, Professional Practice Placement, Inclusive Education and Care of Children with Additional Needs, Child Development and Early Learning and Play).

• 6 hours per week (2 evenings per week)

• Face to face teaching (classroom based)

• Newmarket, Co Cork

• Part-time

• Expected start date: Late September 2026

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Applicants must have a degree in ECCE and have experience working in the field
• Ability to Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Excellent Presentation, I.T. and Interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach to supporting and developing others with a demonstrate-able interest in learner employability, activation, and progression
• Previous experience delivering training/lecturing

Tutoring experience is essential for this position which is available on a part time basis.
