Early Years Educator Nurture’s Best Crèche

Nurture’s Best Crèche is seeking a dedicated, and caring Full-Time Early Years Educator to join our enthusiastic team.

This role focuses on providing high-quality care, learning, and developmental support for children aged 0 to 3 years in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Essential requirements:

• Recognised qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education, minimum Level 5.
• A good understanding of the developmental needs of under 3's.
• Interested in supporting the team to implement a play-based curriculum based on the
• principles of Siolta and Aistear.
• Effective communication skills and good interpersonal and team-working skills.

Key Requirements

• Minimum FETAC / QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education (QQI Level 6 or higher preferred).
• Strong understanding of early childhood development, safety guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Warm, empathetic, and patient personality with excellent communication and teamwork skills

.Position Details Hours:Full-Time (40 hours/week)
