Early Years Supervisor

Bryson Pathways requires:
Early Years Supervisor (Maternity cover)
(Ref: E/EYSM/L/25)
Fixed term - 25 hours per week
£16,068 per annum (under review)
Job Purpose:
The role of the Early Year’s Supervisor will be to deliver quality early year’s services to support the delivery of the Sure Start programme within Lisburn Sure Start. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the early year’s services and to ensure that a welcoming, safe and child centred environment is created.
Essential Criteria:
Minimum of QCF Level 5 Child Care qualification or equivalent
1 years paid/unpaid experience in the early years sector
1 years’ experience in line managing/supervising staff
5 GCSE’s at grade C and above including Maths and English
Clean drivers’ licence and access to transport.
