Ecology Facilitator

Dublin Zoo is currently seeking a highly motivated ecology facilitator to join our Discovery & Learning Team. This is a unique and sought after opportunity and the ideal candidate will lead Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate ecology modules in the Phoenix Park.

The successful candidate will be well-organised and energetic, with an ability to communicate with secondary school students. Understanding of grassland /woodland ecology and experience of the secondary school science and biology syllabus is important.

The successful candidate will be required to commence employment on March 4th and this temporary contract will terminate on May 17th. Working hours are based on school bookings scheduled over 5 mornings per week throughout the academic calendar (Easter school holidays not included). A minimum of 12 hours per week and a max of 20 hours per week.
