EFM&S Helpdesk Administrator
Purpose of the role
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the EFMS Management Team and Helpdesk function. The postholder will support the effective day-to-day delivery of services by coordinating administrative activities, maintaining accurate records and documentation, responding to internal and external queries, and assisting with the management of service requests and communications. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure efficient and professional support across the department.
Essential Criteria
- Leaving Certificate or its equivalent or show commitment towards achieving same.
- Minimum of 1 year’s administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. excel, word, outlook.
- Proven track record of administrative experience.
