EPS Group is recruiting for our Electrical Apprenticeship Program in Mallow. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career with a leading Irish engineering and utilities solutions provider, working on projects that support critical water, wastewater and infrastructure services nationwide, in addition to the UK market and European Data Centre sphere.

As an Electrical or E&I Apprentice, you will combine structured off‑the‑job training with practical, hands‑on experience, gaining valuable skills alongside experienced electricians and engineers. Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll be supported to develop both your technical ability and professional confidence in a safe, supportive and high‑quality working environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting with electrical installation, maintenance and repair works
  • Supporting commissioning and testing of electrical systems and equipment
  • Reading and working from drawings, specifications and schematics
  • Adhering to health, safety and quality standards at all times
  • Learning on active project sites and in workshop environments

What we’re looking for

  • A strong interest in electrical, practical and hands‑on work
  • A proactive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
  • Good mathematical competence, Leaving Cert completed or sitting in 2026
