We are currently recruiting for an Employee Experience Administrator to join our team based at the Mount Charles Group in Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

We are currently recruiting for an Employee Experience Administrator to join our team based at the Mount Charles Group in Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working pattern
- 37.5 hours per week
- 9.00am to 5pm
- Hybrid working model
- Three site based days per week

- Help managers to onboard and offboard employees
- Oversee many day-to-day employees experience duties creating an inclusive, innovative, healthy and value based working environment.
- Assist the operations team in ensuring new hires and transitioning team members receive the right onboarding information at the right time (positively contributing to their future success within the company)
- Maintain and update employee records and issue contractual amendments, as necessary.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave benefits and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Partner with the HR executive team to ensure the onboarding process remains compliant with local and regulatory requirements.

- This is an entry level role – a willingness to learn is paramount
- Demonstrable experience in working with and understanding data
- CIPD level 5 or equivalent or willingness to work towards this
- Demonstrable experience in the use of HR systems (desirable)
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
