We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented and creative Employer Brand Specialist to join our Recruitment & Employer Brand Team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The Employer Brand Specialist will be responsible primarily, but not exclusively, for managing projects and day-to-day operational activities within the Recruitment & Employer Brand team. We are looking for someone who can juggle a wide array of tasks with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The Employer Brand Specialist will work closely with other departments across Lidl and must be able to communicate and collaborate in a positive and professional manner with all parties internally & externally.
What you'll do
- Manage and implement recruitment projects, including creation of project plans, engaging with stakeholders, forming and leading the project team
- Coordinate our employer presence at careers fairs and university sponsorship events
- Liaise with our marketing agency in relation to recruitment marketing activities (e.g. design of recruitment brochures, job announcements, participation in careers fairs, internet presence) to support the creation of a sustainable employer brand
- Provide operational support in the development and improvement of targeted marketing around our management development programmes
- Provide support to the business on recruitment needs such as Graduate Recruitment
- Partner with regional colleagues to ensure all recruitment and recruitment marketing needs are met
- Organise assessment centres, screening processes, and interview scheduling
- Develop and manage national employer brand ambassadors
- Act as the Top Employer handler, supporting all activities related to the certification process and ongoing compliance
- Organise and coordinate recruitment video shoots/photoshoots
- Coordinate partnerships with external suppliers, such as The Irish Times and Gradireland
- Work on sponsored articles and media interviews with The Irish Times, in close collaboration with our Corporate Affairs department
What you'll need
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- 3rd level qualification in HR is beneficial
- Full clean driving licence is essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to form, establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder
- Ability to work under pressure as part of a dynamic team
- Excellent time management skills, organisational skill and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills to measure performance and understand key performance indicators
- Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines and multi-task
