Job Role
The Employment and Partnerships Lead will work alongside the Community Operations Manager to lead and coordinate Bryson Pathways' NI-wide employment provision. The role will provide day-to-day leadership to Employment Coaches, drive performance and employment outcomes, and build strong employer partnerships that create vacancies, work experience, sector-based pathways and other opportunities for participants and the wider organisation.

Job Role

The role will provide day-to-day leadership to Employment Coaches, drive performance and employment outcomes, and build strong employer partnerships that create vacancies, work experience, sector-based pathways and other opportunities for participants and the wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and coordination for Employment Coaches.
- Work alongside the Community Operations Manager to plan, coordinate and develop employment activity across Northern Ireland.
- Maintain a small caseload, where required, of individuals who need support to progress towards employment, modelling effective practice across the team.
- Provide one-to-one mentoring and practical employability support including CV development, interview preparation and job searching.
- Build, maintain and grow effective relationships with employers across Northern Ireland, acting as a key point of contact for employment partnerships.
- Work with employers to identify vacancies, recruitment needs, work placements, apprenticeships, sector pathways and other opportunities that improve outcomes for participants.
- Ensure accurate and timely participant, employer and outcome records are maintained using organisational systems.
- Track and analyse employment outcomes, participant progress, employer activity and academy progression across the team.
Essential Criteria:
- A relevant qualification in employment services, business, management, community development or a closely related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- English Language and Mathematics at grade C or above
- At least two years' experience delivering or coordinating employment or employability services.
- Experience supporting, supervising or coordinating staff to achieve agreed targets and outcomes.
- Experience developing and maintaining effective relationships with employers.
- Experience of managing performance information, caseloads and employment outcomes.
- Ability to develop opportunities from initial employer contact through to delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Package
- Hold a full valid UK driving licence, have access to a car and access to business insurance
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience delivering services across multiple geographical areas.
- Experience developing employer-led training, sector academies, work placements or recruitment pathways.
- Experience securing social value, sponsorship or wider corporate partnership opportunities.
