Bryson Pathways to Net Zero – Energy Coach

Fixed Term until 30th September 2026 - 35 hours per week
£28,773 per annum
Job Background
Bryson exists to make the greatest difference to the greatest need. The Bryson Pathways to Net Zero programme will guide the participants from 300 homes to improve the energy efficiency of their homes to improve their health, save money and move towards Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions.
Job Role
The Coach will be the principal point of contact with participating householders, assessing their energy use, and other circumstances, and providing advice, support and feedback. Services will be delivered via face-to-face home visits. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
Essential Criteria:
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer/client facing role, giving one to one advice/support
2 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths & English (or equivalent)
Good level of IT literacy
Full and clean driver’s license and access to transport
Desirable Criteria:
Experience of working in areas of multiple deprivation
Knowledge of energy efficiency
