This graduate programme is your gateway into the dynamic world of Enterprise Delivery, where strategy meets execution and digital transformation is ever-present. As part of this journey, you’ll gain exposure to innovative technologies and industry-leading practices, learning how to integrate best practices at every stage of delivery to ensure resilience and trust in enterprise solutions. Over the course of the programme, you will gain experience:
- Support the day-to-day operations that keep our business moving streamlining processes, enhancing service delivery, and solving real-time challenges.
- Safeguard our customers and colleagues from current and emerging threats, ensuring trust and resilience in our operations.
- Be part of strategic transformation journey that shape the future of our business, think automation, AI, Cloud, digitalisation and data.
As part of the Programme, you will be given the opportunity to rotate across the various teams where, we will challenge you to ensure your learning, and development potential is maximised over the duration of the programme.
Beyond your daily responsibilities, our programme provides a range of extracurricular activities, including community projects, networking with industry leaders, and workshops to support your professional and personal growth.

Entry Requirements:
- Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme.
- Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 23-month contract (September 2025 – August 2027).
Confirmation of these will be sought if successful for the role.
