This permanent, full-time role begins with a structured 2-year programme that includes rotational placements across different teams and functions. From day one, you’ll be immersed in real-world challenges, supported by a global network of mentors, and empowered to make meaningful contributions. With structured learning, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to relocate across Europe, the programme is designed to give you the skills, confidence, and experience to thrive in your career.
Our Environment, Health& Safety Program
At Kerry, the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) team ensures the safety of our people and the sustainability of our operations across all global sites. They manage systems for incident reporting, audits, and corrective actions, and promote a culture where safety is openly discussed and continuously improved. The team also ensures compliance with environmental and occupational health regulations, working closely with local authorities and internal teams to support ongoing progress. EHS operates globally and offers opportunities to work across regions.
What you might be doing
You’ll be exposed to a variety of EHS responsibilities, including:
- Learning hands-on from experienced EHS professionals in real-world environments
- Supporting EHS managers in promoting a Safety First, Quality Always culture
- Conducting audits and inspections on environmental and safety systems
- Assisting with ISO14001, hazard identification, safety management systems, PPC permits, and waste management
- Building relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Travelling to multiple locations to gain exposure to different technologies, processes, and safety systems
- Contributing to sustainability initiatives and environmental protection efforts
- Learning how to establish, track, and act on key performance indicators
Do you have what it takes?
- You’re on track or recently completed a degree in Food Technology, Health Safety and Environment, Sustainability, Science or another related field
- You have a passion for the food industry
- You are fluent in English and ideally speak a second European language
- You are permanently eligible to work in Europe.
- You are strategic and solution-oriented, bringing energy and enthusiasm to support our dynamic business.
* Kerry Graduates must have permanent Right to Work in Europe or UK (for UK based roles) and be willing to relocate to other European countries during the program.
