C & D Foods have an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Environmental & Sustainability Manager, the Environmental Administrator will support the department in ensuring compliance with all applicable licenses, governmental regulations and company standards and values along with developing and maintaining all site environmental documentation. If you have great attention to detail and an appetite for learning, this could be the role for you.

This role will be based in Edgeworthstown, Co. Longford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Generate Reports- Daily & Weekly KPI Report, Monthly WWTP Environmental Report
  • Monthly EMR completion.
  •  Waste docket management & record keeping
  • Raising Environmental PO’s.
  •  Ordering of fuel.
  • Daily water meter monitoring & data keeping
  • Daily monitoring of site’s utilities (Water, Electricity & Waste) & flagging issues to the Environmental & Sustainability Manager
  • Involvement in Environmental Projects in production as necessary
  •  To support the Environmental Manager in all aspects of work 
  • Promote a strong Environmental & Sustainability Culture in the company.
  • Support Environmental & Sustainability Manager on sustainability projects.

Personal Competencies:

  • A positive "can do" attitude.
  • Good Understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Self Starter, practical and good organisational and coordinating skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
