Expressions of interest are invited from Permanent Grade IV’s currently working in HSE, TUSLA or bodies which provide services on behalf of the HSE under Section 38 of the Health Act 2004. Reassignment for the post will be on a grade-to-grade basis only, and current terms and conditions of employment will apply. Applicants must have experience in PA role.

The purpose of this post is to provide comprehensive, high-level administrative and organisational support to the General Manager, Recruitment Reform, contributing to the effective delivery of the Recruitment Reform Programme. The Grade IV will ensure the efficient operation of the General Manager's office through the proactive management of schedules, correspondence and key priorities, while coordinating meetings, governance activities, documentation and stakeholder communications.

The post holder will play a key role in supporting programme delivery by maintaining accurate records, monitoring actions and deadlines, preparing reports and documentation, and liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The role contributes to the successful implementation of Recruitment Reform initiatives by providing professional administrative support, promoting effective communication, and ensuring high standards of governance, organisation and service delivery are maintained.

Post-specific requirements

Each candidate must, at the latest date for receipt of the completed application form for the post, possess the following as relevant to the role:

· Proven experience providing PA support, with responsibility for coordinating and managing calendars and diaries.

· Experience in using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook) to manage, analyse and communicate information.

· Have satisfactory experience of working within multidisciplinary teams and experience of working with internal and external stakeholders as relevant to the role.

· Experience handling confidential information and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
