EOI - Scheduled Care Operations Manager

The Purpose of the post:

The post holder will lead the Scheduled Care Team within St. Luke’s General Hospital, providing a focus for waiting list transformation, performance management and standardisation. The post holder will lead and ensure ongoing development of a team with capacity and skills to support clinical directorates in delivering improvements in waiting times and pathways for our patients and families. They will drive a standardised, approach to the management of all scheduled care waiting lists and protocols in St. Luke’s General Hospital. The post holder will identify, initiate and lead on a range of waiting list transformation initiatives. Collaborative, working with team on sites in enabling delivery as part of this, the post holder will lead on provision of insightful, accurate and timely waiting list performance information, to the Executive HSE and other stakeholders. They will work closely with our developing IT team in the provision of Performance reporting and management.
