Estate Officer

Permanent, Full-time (36 hours per week).

The successful applicant may be required to work across any of the College’s campuses and facilities, as operationally required. The post holder’s designated base location will rotate in line with a cyclical programme across the College estate. They will also be required to travel regularly between College sites and other facilities utilised by the College. Therefore, access to reliable transport, or the ability to travel between locations, is essential.

​​​​​​​Job Purpose: To support the safe, compliant, sustainable and effective operation, maintenance and development of the College Estate. The postholder will provide technical and operational expertise, manage day-to-day estate services within an assigned area, supervise designated staff and contractors, and contribute to statutory compliance, asset management, project delivery, contract performance and continuous improvement.
