Estates Project Manager

The College is seeking applications for an Estates Project Manager to be based in our Strand Road campus.
The post-holder will be responsible for supporting the Estates Manager in the strategic planning, design, management, development and delivery of capital projects for North West Regional College. Current projects relate to the construction of a new build campus in Strabane and the refurbishment of the Main Street Campus in Limavady.

RESERVE LIST
There is a possibility that a reserve list will be retained if more applicants are deemed suitable than posts exist. In the event the successful candidate fails to take up the post or if the post is vacated within 12 months of the appointment date, or if another vacancy arises within 12 months the post may be offered to the next person on the reserve list.

- 26 days annual leave per annum
