Evawg Project Officer

To support, coordinate and contribute to the delivery of high-priority Council programmes focused on Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG). The postholder will lead on coordinating funded initiatives, events and partnership activity; support programme planning, monitoring and reporting; and ensure effective community engagement in line with the Northern Ireland Strategic Framework to END Violence Against Women and Girls and Council objectives.
To help strengthen local capacity and support the delivery of interconnected community development programmes to end violence against women and girls, promote safety and inclusion across the DCSDC area.
Ensure the effective and efficient development and implementation delivery of EVAWG Grant Aid Programme, undertake relevant assessment, monitoring and evaluation processes and support project delivery. Ensure appropriate monitoring processes are in place and report to The Executive Office (TEO) as required.
