Events & Engagement Graduate(hybrid work model, full time, 11 months, starting December-January)About the team and the role:The Event and Engagement Graduate will play a key role in assisting the Events Team while also supporting the wider Customer Experience Leadership Team. The aim of this role is to provide valuable insight and experience in event and engagement campaign planning, coordination, project management and communications.Working under the immediate supervision of the Events & Community Engagement Manager, this position requires strong creative skills, excellent written communication skills and strong verbal communications skills with some experience in managing events desirable. The position requires someone who is creative, flexible, learns quickly, has strong organisational skills and works well in a fast-paced environment.
What you will accomplish:- Working as part of the events team and supporting with all aspects of event planning from concept to delivery
- Creation of creative collateral – Posters, Newsletter Articles, PowerPoint Slides
- Hands-on event management support at events
- Managing leader boards, data and evaluating engagement campaigns
- Supporting the Customer Experience Leadership Team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects
- Other office and/or administrative duties as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Advanced English proficiency and collaborative mindset; able to work effectively in diverse team environments
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn within a dynamic role
- Proficient in Google Suites
- Design and event management experience; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop a plus
- Positive, adaptable personality aligned with eBay’s fun, inclusive culture
