Evidence Processing Administrator

Job description

As an Evidence Processing Administrator, you will be working within a dedicated and diverse team providing excellent standards of service whilst ensuring properties, and items relating to property are reported and managed through effective systems. You will record, log and store information relating to confidential items, and liaise with suppliers and internal contacts. You will also facilitate the movement of these confidential items between key locations and ensure all records are kept up to date and accurate at all times. You will also be able to provide support and guidance to key parties on the handling, storing and transportation of these confidential items. You will benefit from our industry leading training, which all our Evidence Processing Assistant’s receive.

This training will help you develop skills and knowledge which you will be able to take forward with you throughout your working career, no matter what that shall entail. With ongoing support and development from your management team and colleagues, you will feel right at home at G4S. As our ideal candidate, you should be a confident communicator, both written and verbally. You will be able to showcase your administrative and IT skills, and learn new bespoke software packages. Your attention to detail will be imperative, as updating records and writing reports will be your bread and butter. You will also need to hold a Full Clean UK Driving Licence (to include manual vehicles). You will need to provide us with your 5 year employment history and have unrestricted right to work in the UK for screening purposes. A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position..

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting our customer with their needs.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal contacts.
  • Providing excellent standards of service within a busy, public facing office environment.
