A permanent vacancy currently exists within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following post and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-
Exchequer Lead
37 hours per week
Scale PO2 and in the range SCP 31-34 (Currently £41,771 - £45,091)
Location: The location of this post will be confirmed upon appointment and flexibility to be based across the Borough will be required.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This role sits within our Finance pillar in the newly created Corporate & Support Services Directorate. Reporting to the Treasury accountant within the team, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations related to payments, collections and income within the council.
PLEASE NOTE: Only application forms containing all the information, which has been sought, will be considered.
The shortlisting panel will base shortlisting decisions on the information contained within the Essential Criteria narrative sections of the application form.
It is the applicant’s responsibility to provide sufficient relevant information including dates in this section of the form for each criteria.
