Executive Assistant
We’re looking for a highly capable, confident, and trusted Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO and Leadership Squad at Three. This isn’t a traditional admin role — it’s a pivotal position at the centre of decision-making, enabling leadership to deliver at pace, anticipate what’s next, and focus on what truly matters. You’ll act as a connector, organiser, and problem-solver in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where your judgment, discretion, and ability to work independently are key.
You’ll manage complex diaries, meetings, communications, and leadership materials with precision and foresight, ensuring the CEO’s time and priorities are always aligned to strategic goals; protecting the CEO's time from overscheduling. You’ll prepare briefings and presentations, coordinate leadership meetings and offsites, and support key initiatives across the business. Taking full responsibility for your work, you’ll use your initiative to anticipate needs, streamline operations, and ensure smooth communication between the CEO, Leadership Squad, and wider organisation.
We’re seeking someone with proven experience supporting C-suite leaders in complex, fast-paced settings — ideally within tech, telecoms, or digital industries. You’ll be proactive, composed, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders, with exceptional organisational and communication skills, strong technical fluency, and an instinct for prioritisation. If you thrive on accountability, independence, and helping leaders operate at their best, this role offers a chance to make a real impact at the heart of Three’s strategic agenda.
