Executive Assistant

We’re looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support to our Chief Customer Experience Officer & Chief Performance & Planning Officer.

This Executive Assistant will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

It's safe to say that this role will be busy and include a wide variety of activities and will have responsibility for proactively managing complex diaries, manage inbox, correspondence etc.
