About The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team within the Sales & Marketing team in a leading global professional services firm. Reporting into the Head of Client Programme and Executive Relationships, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting on a range of executive programmes designed to deepen relationships with clients and keep the client voice central to all that we do. The role requires an assistant manager with an interest in working with senior stakeholders to drive bespoke programmes aimed at C-Suite and Non-Executive Directors, who can demonstrate strong self-starter and motivation abilities along with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Head of Client Programme and Exec Relationships to deliver our Executive Relationship Programme, including supporting the development of strategy and approach to our CXO Lab and Non-Exec Director Programmes
Project manage the implementation of a new client engagement reporting tool. This will involve engagement with contractors, IT, other member firms, management of internal communications and development of governance and operational policies
Drive the delivery of our Client Service Assessment programme, working with the business to identify relevant accounts and ensuring assessments are planned, documented and analysed in a high quality and timely manner.
Lead on the scheduling, management and documentation of a variety of Labs designed to support Executives and their senior management teams at critical points in their careers
Delivery support for our Non-Executive Director programme – collaborating to design and deliver engaging, high quality events, liaising with event team and media specialists, senior stakeholders and guest speakers
Stakeholder management – working in a highly collaborative environment and supporting a variety of services this role will require a strong ability to build positive relationships with senior management
5+ years marketing/business development experience and a third level qualification in business/marketing/finance
Proven project management skills gained in a busy environment
Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across a complex business
Excellent communication skills with the ability to delivery high quality content
Highly self-directed, looks for ways to overcome blocks and can run multiple projects simultaneously
Ambitious and energetic with a passion to develop
Excellent time management, ability to plan, prioritise and follow through to completion, taking personal responsibility for achieving high quality results
