Sign-On Bonus – £750 Reward for Joining Our Team

As a thank you for bringing your experience and skills to Norbrook, we are offering a £750 sign-on bonus, paid in two instalments:
  • £250 (gross) after successfully completing your probation period
  • £500 (gross) on the first anniversary of joining Norbrook

Job Overview

As a Production Operative, you will manufacture veterinary products in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) while adhering to Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety standards. The role involves operating equipment, following written procedures, completing documentation, and ensuring work areas are audit-ready. Flexibility and the ability to work independently are essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manufacture products using approved processes within a controlled environment
  • Operate processing equipment in line with SOPs
  • Accurately complete manufacturing documentation to GMP standards
  • Perform checks and calculations for raw and active materials
  • Clean equipment and facilities and record activities as required
  • Report production status and highlight any issues affecting output
  • Ensure work areas remain audit-ready at all times
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a flexible, target-driven team

Essential Criteria
  • Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience using regulated work instructions
  • Basic English and Maths skills (assessed internally)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Strong communication skills across teams
  • Experience completing paperwork to a high standard
  • Flexibility to work rotating shift patterns
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing
  • Previous experience in a GMP environment
