Facilities Administrator
Location: Facilities / SCH, Bray
Hours: 35 hours per week

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Facilities Administrator to join a busy and dynamicteam in our Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Facilities & Corporate Services and other members of the management team in an administrative capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
· Confidentiality at all times
· Excellent Budgetary and management skills
· Experience of coordination of all facilities management functions.
· A knowledge of Procurement and management of materials: cleaning supplies, building maintenance supplies and general supplies
· Experience in co-ordinating FM requests with relevant sub-contractors
· Experience of working with social landlords, statutory and voluntary agencies
· Proven ability to housing law and resolve difficult situations
· Knowledge of tenancy agreements
· Knowledge of technical aspects of void rent, repairs, and maintenance
· Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to be flexible and work on own initiative.
· Knowledge of Agresso – purchasing system
· It is desirable that you have knowledge of a housing management system.
· Experience of working in a passenger transport area

Essential Requirements:
· A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in administration.
· Excellent management and organisational skills, with ability to be flexible and work on own initiative.
· Excellent communication skills, professional and helpful telephone manner, strong customer service focus.
· Fully proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Suite & database management & reporting.
· Proven examples of resolving difficult situations.
· A proven ability to work within a team and to work independently.
· An ability to deal with confidential information in a discreet and responsible manner.
· Full Driving licence and use of car.
Salary Scale: Successful candidates will be paid at Clerical Grade 5 of the HSE consolidated pay scales €51,718 - €61,866.
