Facilities Coordinator
Salary: €30,000 per annum
The Lunch Bag, Ireland’s leading school meals provider, is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support our busy maintenance team. Based in Nenagh, this role is all about keeping things running smoothly by scheduling jobs, logging work, and ensuring the team has everything they need to get the job done.
We’re after someone who’s organised, tech-minded, and confident with Excel — someone who enjoys problem-solving and keeping track of moving parts.
What you’ll do:
Schedule and allocate jobs for the maintenance team.
Log, track, and update all maintenance requests in Excel.
Act as the main contact for facilities and maintenance queries.
Monitor progress and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Keep clear and accurate records for reporting.
Provide admin support to the operations team as needed.
What we’re looking for:
Excellent organisational and scheduling skills.
Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in admin, scheduling, or facilities coordination.
A proactive problem-solver who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
