The Role
The post holder will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance of facilities at the Dundalk site. This role involves liaising with Almac internal staff and coordinating external service providers and contractors.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. They will play a crucial role in ensuring the facilities are well-maintained and operational, contributing to the overall success of the Dundalk site.
What we are looking for
· Have eligibility to work in the UK & Ireland OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up permanent employment in the UK & Ireland
· Degree in Engineering or construction related discipline (or equivalent) OR significant experience of facilities management
· Previous experience in a facilities management role.
· Previous experience managing contractors
· Computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
