Job Summary
The postholder will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the facility, plant, equipment, systems and resources within their area of responsibility. This will include the safe day to day operation and maintenance of systems, for example, but not limited to heating, ventilation, water treatment, alarm, electrical fire safety within their / designated area. In doing so, the postholder will support to maintain a high level of service within the designated areas of responsibility.

​​​​The post holder must be prepared to work outside normal office hours, including evenings, weekends, and Public and extra Statutory Holidays for which the appropriate payment will be made or time in lieu granted if relevant.
