Purpose and Function of Post
To provide a general housekeeping service including cleaning and caretaking duties within the Council Offices, and Council Depot building, Ballyronan Road, Magherafelt in order that it is kept and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and service, whilst providing support to services by way of housekeeping arrangements through the provision of hospitality for meetings and engagements within the buildings.
The successful applicant must be prepared to undertake any necessary training relevant to the post, eg COSHH etc
Note: The Council will retain a list of reserve candidates arising from this recruitment campaign, for any Facility Services/Cleaner/Caretaker vacancies (part time, full time, permanent or temporary) which may arise across the district, such a reserve list will be compiled and held for a period of 12 months.
