Fast Food Assistant

CentraOranmore, GalwayFull-time

Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for the preparation of the new Fast Food Counter products and for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • One or more years€,, experience working in a fast food environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask under pressure
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • HACCP training is an advantage but not necessary

    Main duties:

  • Actively live Centra brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based
  • Prepare customer orders
  • Cook and prepare food throughout the day
  • Ensure that the fast food counter displays are to the highest standards from the afternoon to the evening
  • Demonstrate your knowledge of fast food by making personal recommendations with customers
  • Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy
