Location: Hybrid working, which will include a blend of onsite (Dublin, Molesworth Street) and remote working ( 3 days in the office & 2 days Remote)

This role is being offered as a 3.5-year training contract

The AIB Finance Accounting Graduate Programme is looking for talented, energetic, and motivated individuals who are focused on becoming experienced accounting and finance professionals.

Our Finance Team

We’re made up of small teams where you have the chance to expand your knowledge and be heavily involved in ongoing projects. Modern careers in finance are grounded not only in solid finance and accounting skills and experience, but also in data analyse and management. We provide full support in achieving your professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CFA), along with a generous study leave policy.

Our Programme puts an emphasis on providing the opportunity to gain experience in different roles across Finance through rotations. Each graduate will rotate once during the course of the programme, depending on the business requirements, into other areas of Finance such as:

  • Financial Reporting
  • Management Accounting
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • Statistical Reporting
  • Capital and Liquidity Management
  • Cost Management
  • Project Accounting
  • Finance Business Partners

Entry Requirements:

  • Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme. 
  • Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 3.5-year contract (September 2025 – March 2029).

Confirmation of these will be sought if successful for the role.
