Finance Administrator

PRM Group wishes to recruit a highly motivated individual who wishes to enhance their professional development within an established local business.
This is a role with primarily accounts payable responsibilities across the finance function.
Tasks will include ensuring purchase invoices are registered and coded onto PRM’s Purchase Ledger System, addressing queries to ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely manner, reconciling to supplier statements, raising payment runs and other tasks as necessary to meet processing and reporting deadlines of the finance function. Successful applicants must have:
At least 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including English and Maths at Grade C or above OR 2 years previous experience working in a similar role
Competent user of MS Office applications including MS Word, MS Excel
Strong communication skills, both verbal & written
A positive “Can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
Attention to detail
Planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
