Permanent, 30 hours per week, Lisburn Campus

We currently have a vacancy for a Finance Information Systems Officer
JOB PURPOSE
The post holder will be responsible for the implementation of the relevant management information and financial procedures, to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Training and Apprenticeship programmes in order to maximise funding. This will include assisting with matters pertaining to the integrity, completeness and reporting of data.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
1. Hold a level 3 qualification or equivalent.
2. Hold GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, or equivalent.
3. Have a minimum of two years’ experience working within a Training Organisation.
4. Have two years proven experience in the operation of a dedicated Management Information System.
5. Have two years financial planning, budget or accounts experience.
6. Have one year’s supervisory experience.
7. Demonstrate experience in the use of Management Information Systems, Microsoft Packages or other specialist software for record keeping and data collection.
8. Be proficient in the use of Excel or alternative spreadsheet packages.
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills
The above are minimum criteria.
These may be enhanced at the discretion of the Selection Panel.
