Community Healthcare Organisation 1 Sligo Leitrim provides a broad range of services

which includes Primary Care, Social Inclusion, Social Care, Mental Health and Health &

Wellbeing Services. These services are delivered through the HSE and its funded

agencies to people in local communities, as close as possible to people’s homes.

Reporting Relationship

The post holder will report to the Grade VII or other designated Officer.

Purpose of the Post

To provide management support within the relevant department and to supervise assigned

staff.
