This is a permanent, full-time role that begins with a structured 12-month graduate programme. You’ll gain hands-on experience in one of our core business areas while contributing to real projects from day one. You’ll build deep functional expertise in your chosen area, supported by experienced mentors and a close-knit graduate community.

Our Finance Programme
Finance plays a critical role in shaping the future of Kerry Dairy Ireland. As a vertically integrated farm-to-fork business with a strong retail presence and a leading nutritional and dairy ingredients division, our finance teams are embedded across every part of the value chain—from milk procurement and manufacturing to commercial strategy and sustainability investment.
What You Might Be Doing
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities across our dairy operations.
Collaborating with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to provide insights that drive performance and profitability.
Assisting with month-end close processes, variance analysis, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
Contributing to strategic projects such as cost optimization, investment appraisal, and sustainability-linked initiatives.
Gaining exposure to systems such as SAP and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
Participating in internal audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines

You’re open minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.
You’re a recent or soon-to-be graduate.
You’re fluent in English

Additionally, we manage 28 Farm & Home stores throughout the region, ensuring comprehensive coverage and service. In Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom, our presence extends to key locations in Portadown, Coleraine, and Ossett.
