Role: Finance Support Consumer Foods

Reporting to Management Account, Consumer Foods

Location Aurivo House (Hybrid minimum 3 days office based)

Role Overview

This role provides finance support to the Management Accountant and is ideal for a part-qualified accountant or a recently qualified graduate seeking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing Invoice Discounting Facility Files/payment files for submission to the bank
• Maintaining Prices in Customer Portals
• Reviewing price changes to ensure correctly processed on system
• Debit rote reviews
• Prepare Monthly Debt Reports
• Process Monthly Currency Revaluations on Navision (ERP system)
• Agree Intercompany transactions and post what is relevant monthly
• Monitor posting date permissions weekly on Navision
• Placing Purchase Orders with some Vendors
• Monthly Cost centre reporting
• VAT reporting
• VIES & Intrastat reporting
• CSO forms
• Monitoring Inbound EDI Orders
• Monthly Sales Reports
• Produce product returns reports
• Inventory reconciliation
• Provide monthly progress reports on Capex projects, including ensuring delivery on time and within approved budget
• Ad hoc duties and projects as deemed necessary by the business and management

Qualifications and skills:

· Part-qualified accountant or recently qualified graduate

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent organisational skills

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
