Finance Team Lead

The Finance & Accounting department manages all aspects of our financial operations – from cash management to financial reporting. Being part of this team means playing a fundamental role in how our business operates.
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and previous experience to join our Finance & Accounting Team for 12 months. As the Finance Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all daily tasks within the Finance team are completed to the highest standards while supervising a small team.

What you'll do
- Supervising of finance team
- Ensuring the daily tasks of the finance team are completed to the highest standard
- Ensure adherence to accounting guidelines & reporting deadlines
- Manage process around cash reconciliation & treasury
- Ensure payment of suppliers on timely basis
- Preparation of monthly & annual accounts
- Implementation & adherence to internal controls
What you'll need
- Strong leadership skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Accounts & Finance degree
- Computer skills with SAP experience is an advantage
- German language skills is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure

- €51,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience
