Financial Accountant - Audi Waterford

Who We Are Seeking

• Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant - ACCA, ACA or CIMA
• Proven experience in financial management within a commercial or retail environment
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Growth mindset with ambition to contribute to business performance and expansion
• Proficiency in accounting software packages and dealer management systems
• Strong Excel and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, oversight, and management of the dealership's financial and accounting activities
• Prepare periodic financial analysis and management reports to inform strategic decision-making and assess business performance
• Assist senior management in business processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across Sales, Aftersales, and Parts departments
• Oversee key accounting functions including creditors, debtors, cash flow, and reconciliations
• Support preparation of monthly management accounts and year-end audit processes
• Maintain accurate financial and vehicle stock records within the dealer management system
• Assist in monitoring margins, rebates, commissions, and warranty allocations
• Liaise with banks, finance providers, suppliers, and manufacturer representatives
• Undertake ad hoc duties as required to support business needs

• Fully on-site role
• Based in Waterford City
• Monday - Friday, 08:45 - 17:30
